"Success" ...Everyone wants Success ! Success means a lot of different things to different people. In general, nowadays,  it means money because money is how we pay for the things that we need in our society (and there is nothing wrong with that). What is wrong with our society today - especially younger generation ‘millennial’ - is believing that success is something that you can acquire without putting the work into it, without putting consistency and commitment in whatever you decide to invest in. On the other hand, the older generation - our parents and grandparents - took it the other extreme, which was: you could not achieve anything without the hard work as opposed to Smart Work! At CCJMConsulting, we believe that work is still required but smart work as opposed to hard work: focusing your energy, as opposed to being a "butterfly" (trying to do everything at the same time and achieving nothing in the end!). Being productive is very important when you run your own business.  Don't you wish you were more productive? Here are some really useful tips we would like to share with you: Make a long list of ALL tasks that need to be done Triage them: super urgent (do first), urgent (do next after super urgent), not urgent (do later if you still have time), to delegate, to ignore/eliminate. Do the most dreaded,  productive  task first Track and limit how much time you're spending on tasks:  it’s not realistic to plan every minute, or even every hour, of your day. But you can carve out time for your must-do tasks. For instance, you can block out 45 minutes to finish a job report Focus on one thing at a time.
