CCJM Consulting article review:

We completely agree that muti-tasking is NOT the answer. We have been there. Done it and it did not work for us. FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS is the answer to productivity.

We also agree that doing too much all the time will put our mind and body in a biological state of stress which in turn will eventually prevent us from using our brain or other physical functions at their fullest capacity.
Less Stress = better productivity

We would also add that looking after one's physical body from the inside out (dealing with internal emotions, ingesting the optimum clean/organic nutrition and liquids...) will help keeping "brain fog" at bay and therefore will help you be "clear brained" for optimum focus.
