Reshaping your business with Strategic Innovation

Reshaping your business with Strategic Innovation

Providing more value than anyone else, looking for ways to deliver more, new, better
is simply not enough anymore to stay ahead of the competition. Now you need to be always one step ahead!

Combine competitive edge + advertising => you might well be on your way to SUCCESS!

Here are a few questions you can ask yourself & your team for Strategic Innovation:
  • What people need that they don't even know they need?
  • What business are you REALLY IN ???
  • Why are we really successful?
  • Who are customers really?
  • What are they really buying ?? more than just the products/services (community? legacy? an identity?...)
  • What identity do you want your clients to associate you to your business ?
  • Who do they become by doing business with you ?
  • How do you differentiate yourself

Don't be afraid to change the rules of the game. Create a trend. Be a leader who is ahead of a trend or at least on the trend (be the first,  become branded). Become the innovator.

You can also try to implement new ways of doing things to generate Strategic Innovation thinking and creation:

1/ get new voices: will create innovation to occur
Proximity is power (constantly)
>>> Focus group with new staff or existing customers ?

2/new questions will bring >>> new answers
Ask the ONE question your potential ask themselves
Questions control the way we think

3/New perspective when in a NEW ENVIRONMENT

4/ New passions, New experiments

I delivered a talk at Wellfinity event in London, Gilmnoora House on this subject. Here is the LINK of the video > HERE

And once you have it figured out > TEST IT! Without testing it it will only stay an idea or a concept... 1.2.3 > ACTION!

Are you hungry enough to make things happen?

Are you hungry enough to make things happen in Life & in Business? Are you simply "wishing" to be successful but not taking actions? “Man  must cease attributing his problems to his environment, and learn again to exercise his will – his personal responsibility.” Albert Einstein Here is your wake up call: Take responsibility for your thoughts, feelings, words and actions. Stop blaming: if you’re not taking responsibility for your life, it’s almost certain that you’re blaming other people or situations for your misfortunes. An excuse is an explanation for something that went wrong. Serves as a reason or cause or justification for something that went wrong. You need to stop blaming so you can reclaim your freedom and power that is yours. it’s about actions and habits that you do every single day.  The quickest way to create change is to start by breaking your goal down into small steps where you will continuously experience wins. The Power of Business Planning

The Power of Business Planning  The best businesses don’t just happen; they are meticulously planned, developed and executed.  When running a business, it’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day operations. But taking the time to create a comprehensive business plan is an essential element of success. A well-thought-out business plan can be the difference between achieving your goals and falling short. Here are three reasons why business owners should always make time for business planning.  Reason #1: Establishing Clear Goals  Having clear goals and objectives for your business is the first step in creating a successful plan. By establishing long-term and short-term goals that are both achievable and measurable, you can ensure that everyone involved in your company is working towards the same end goal. It also helps to define specific deadlines for reaching those goals, giving everyone involved motivation to work harder and smarter.  Reason #2: Managing Resou...
