December is here !

December has arrived! We are finally going to be freeeeee in London anyways...for now ! So Let's enjoy it but let's stay "Jolly safe".
These last 10 months have been trying and difficult times for so many entrepreneurs and small business owners, and with the festive season upon us it’s never been more important to support them!

Recap on November 2020:

Last month we focused on supporting small business, forming new business collaborations & sharing business tips on how to adapt through adversity.

Forming strong business collaborations especially for small business owners during these challenging times is crutial. But also maintaining this all important communication going with your existing audience and getting seen & heard online while of course staying calm have been our November 2020 Focus!

We would like to once again thank all those who attended CCJM Consulting Ltd live events, with special thanks to our business collaborators this month who all shared their invaluable insights: Tokunbo Osunbayo & Lillian Lartey.

Thank you Oluwole Oridupa President (GR) & Ugo @Ugos Take for inviting me last night to Generation Revive International online event to talk about Social Media Marketing Strategy

Here are three reasons why business owners should always make time for business planning.  Reason #1: Establishing Clear Goals  Having clear goals and objectives for your business is the first step in creating a successful plan. By establishing long-term and short-term goals that are both achievable and measurable, you can ensure that everyone involved in your company is working towards the same end goal. It also helps to define specific deadlines for reaching those goals, giving everyone involved motivation to work harder and smarter.  Reason #2: Managing Resou...
