šŸ“‘Discover the "The ā€˜five moreā€™ rule" article

Are you feeling bombarded with information, emails? Do you need help staying focused? The impact of interruptions on individual productivity can also be catastrophic.
šŸ“‘Discover the "The ā€˜five moreā€™ rule" this article of @HarrietGriffey is the author of TheArtOfConcentration

CCJM Consulting article review:

We completely agree that muti-tasking is NOT the answer. We have been there. Done it and it did not work for us. FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS is the answer to productivity.

We also agree that doing too much all the time will put our mind and body in a biological state of stress which in turn will eventually prevent us from using our brain or other physical functions at their fullest capacity.
Less Stress = better productivity

We would also add that looking after one's physical body from the inside out (dealing with internal emotions, ingesting the optimum clean/organic nutrition and liquids...) will help keeping "brain fog" at bay and therefore will help you be "clear brained" for optimum focus.

Not exactly the best way to start your day wouldn't you agree ? Here is what to do to break this unproductive habit: 1- Create a ROUTINE ! Go to bed and get up at the same time each day, including weekends.  By going to bed and waking up at similar times each day and night, your body will get used to a rhythm helping you fall asleep and wake up each day and night" 2- Put your alarm OUT OF REACH ! Straight away get DOING something like...
