(That’s one in Spanish 😅) Hitting snooze may offer a temporary usense of relief, but there is mounting evidence that it also keeps us from starting our day with a feeling of purpose and lack of productivity for the rest of the day 😱😱 When your alarm goes off a second time, it wakes you up in the middle of REM instead of at the end of REM.  As a result, you end up feeling foggy and disoriented and ⁉️ NOT in a ‘ready to conquer the world’ state.
